Dane Springmeyer	404a43f5f0	+ensure relative paths to symbols and datasources in xml are based on working directory of xml file, added 'paths_from_xml' parameter that is true by default but can be made false to maintain previous behavior - closes #326 (has no effect on load_map_from_string)	2009-05-01 01:59:01 +00:00
