5d72d50f74 - added some comments to clear that using rowid as default key_field for sqlite is *EXTREMELY* dangerous (aka no primary key, unexpected results may appear) 
- more cosmetics in sqlite plugin
- refactor unquote function to be lighter and simpler

ab101401cd + simplify geometry implementation 
+ removed multiple geometry typedefs
+ use geometry_type
+ revert to storing vertices in vector_vertex
  (previous implementation using std::vector was
   fragmenting heap causing performance issues with large geometries)
+ FIXME: hit_test is broken!
