cd7ad3e15e Catch and throw PNG exceptions - fixes #1213 
The png library uses setjmp/longjmp to throw exceptions when reading. If this
is not set up, the png library calls abort(). This change handles the errors
and throws a C++ exception instead.

This issue was found by testing images from pngsuite at
http://www.schaik.com/pngsuite/. These images are included and a unit test was
added to test both images that should be successful and images that should
throw an exception.

17b61d16c4 More progress on #528: Made setting Feature properties with values of type unicode or str possible. I've modified the UnicodeString_from_python_str from_python_converter so it can also convert python unicode objects (not just encocded strs). 1e2ffb22b7 cairo rendering for the glyph_symbolizer. Small refactoring in cairo_context::add_text to pass the paramaters which were picked up from the text_symbolizer param (size, fill, halo_radius and halo_fill) explicitly. This allows the glyph_symbolizer to piggy back on that functionality without specilizing add_text() for the glyph_symbolizer (which would have involved heavy amounts of copy+paste or a more elaborate refactoring strategy.
