gdal_featureset.hpp	change the method for calculating offsets to pass to GDALRasterIO, as the 'start_x, start_y' implementation added in r1321 was leading to large shifts in 1-banded srtm data without overviews - this new approach works with and without overviews and also with 3 band rbg data.
