mapnik/src/color.cpp
Artem Pavlenko 6c0977099d + mapnik-use-rgba-in-color-to-string.patch (jonb)
Make color::to_string() generate appropriate rgb() or rgba() strings
depending on alpha() value. It also changes the alpha range to be
0.0-1.0, not 0-255.
