visual_tests	Added new image_cast method and added its bindings to python, added two new properities to images: offset and scaling. Added way to cast between image types with offset and scaling. Added new unit tests for color and casting. Made it so that pixel setting doesn't result in overflows or underflows. Made the return of get_pixel, dynamic based on what is passed to it.
