ab101401cd + simplify geometry implementation
+ removed multiple geometry typedefs
+ use geometry_type
+ revert to storing vertices in vector_vertex
  (previous implementation using std::vector was
   fragmenting heap causing performance issues with large geometries)
+ FIXME: hit_test is broken!

c500451cd8 + refactor SVG parsing/rendering code into separate logical units
to facilitate multi-threading:
    * SVG data (todo: enforce const)
    * SVG parsing/reading mutable
    * SVG rendering (read-only access to the data)
